COMMUNICATIING WITH LJH
PHONE: 419-884-2112
WEBSITE: http://www.lexington.k12.oh.us/
EMAIL: All staff emails are the same lastname.firstname@lexington.k12.oh.us
*Email remains the quickest, and most efficient way to communicate directly with a teacher.

PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES:  Is your student struggling? Frustrated? Please consider coming in for a conference. Conferences will be held on the evenings of October 10th and 17th. Call 419-884-2112 to schedule an appointment.
GRADE BOOK: Used to post grades. Download the app to have access 24/7.
GradeBook breaks each class into separate categories. If your student has a low grade this can help explain why. For example, if homework average is a 37% and test/quiz average is an 87% it becomes easier to see where the problems are. You are also able to set alerts on GradeBook for when your student’s grade drops below a certain level. Login to your account, click “My Account”, and then click “Manage Alerts”.
If you are having problems logging in to GradeBook, click “Forgot username or password”. If you need the key to set up your GradeBook account, contact Pam Hertzler at hertzler.pam@lexington.k12.oh.us
SCHOOLOGY: Used to post class notes, worksheets, daily lessons, reminders, homework help, tutoring clips, and more. Download the app to have access 24/7.
This is an amazing resource that teachers are starting to see a lot of success with. Need help logging in? Students use the SAME login/password they use to log on to the computers at school. Parents should have received personalized instructions (sent home with students during the first six weeks). Call us at 419-884-2112 and we will be happy to help.
REMIND: Remind is a service used by many teachers to send reminders to students and parents.
You can receive remind notifications via text, email, or through the app. To sign up, enter the class code (found below) into the Remind app, or text the class code to 81010.
