CACY Food Drive

CACY is a student group focused on improving the school and community, and making positive choicees. CACY stands for Community Action for Capable Youth. We have a great group of students this year who are passionate about making a difference! CACY sponsored an activity during lunch for Red Ribbon Week, and is about to kick off a food drive!

Starting Monday, November 16th, students can bring any non-perishable, not expired, items in to their 1st period class. For every 5 items a student donates, they will get a raffle ticket to enter their name in a drawing. In addition to the individual incentive, the classroom with the most food donated will win the grand prize.
All donations will go to Grace Episcopal Church in Mansfield. This is a wonderful organization that helps many families on a regular basis. Through generous donations and support, they are able to provide food to over 600 families on a single day! Their mission is simple: "To nourish our members and feed our neighbors." What a beautiful sentiment. This will be our 4th year supporting this amazing organization. Please help anyway you can, every little bit makes a difference!
